Idaka Corporation’s CSR (corporate social responsibilities) is to contribute to the better development of society, industry and employees through its business activities. The basic idea is in the management creed (management policy, basic policy, company motto) since our founding, and we have been working on reforming the consciousness and system for practical implementation in response to changes in the business environment. In carrying out business activities, Idaka is based on building good relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders, and various stakeholders such as local communities, local governments, and government.

To that end, since May 2015, under the leadership of the president and executive officers of the holding company, we have created a new compliance manual and are working to promote compliance in our business activities in Japan and overseas.
